My week at the World Balloon Convention in Dallas was an exhilerating experience from beginning to end. The attendees and instructors came from all over the world; so the balloon decoration education that I received was greater than I could have imagined. Our hosts, Ted and Betty Vlamis and their sons Ted and Tim, are the owners and managers of the Pioneer Balloon Company and Qualatex Balloons.
