Founder, Stan Rosen, kicked off the company back in 1986 in suburban Maryland. Originally called Balloons USA, we focused on wiring balloons nationwide, much like florists had done for years.
As our business grew, it was clear that the real creative challenge and growth opportunity lay in balloon decorating. That's when we opted to rebrand to something that better represented our new direction - and thus, Ballroom Balloons was born! Today, Mr. Rosen still leads the way, and we take pride in delivering top-notch balloon décor services to our clients nationwide.

Stan did the decorations for our very casual wedding reception at The Chevy Chase Women's Club and they were perfect! We met one time at the venue in advance and he made some excellent suggestions. The day of he set up on time and within the set budget.-Meg H.
Stan was amazing to work with and truly cares about his craft. He is creative, easy to talk to, highly competent. He decorated for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah and it looked phenomenal. We worked with Stan again for our son's Bar Mitzvah. When we walked into the ballroom, my breath was practically taken away!! FABULOUS!-Laura K.
