Balloon Imprinting + Logos

Ballroom Balloons exclusively uses Qualatex brand balloons for custom imprinting of our latex and foil balloons. If you have a few moments, please consider allowing us to tell you why we feel Qualatex makes the very best balloons. Kindly submit your artwork to art@ballroomballoons.com. Pricing varies considerably depending on how many and what type of balloons you require. We are delighted to explore custom options such as multiple ink colors, second side printing, and top printing (for arches and columns). Custom imprinting is available for a variety of balloon types and sizes up to three-feet in diameter. Be sure to ask about our in-house designed custom vinyl decals for balloons. They are often your best alternative, especially when you have more than one logo or text idea for your special event.

A minimum of ten business days is required for most custom imprinted balloon orders. The quoted prices are for “flat” or uninflated balloons; so, we can ship directly to you if you do not need us to inflate and/or decorate. We are happy to provide a complimentary virtual proof upon request.
